Today was all business on the boat as we departed early. I got a quick photo from the sundeck on the boat as we approached beautiful Passau (you can see bikes on the bow deck).
The Gilbert's and Knoelke's were off to Munich and Julie and I headed to Prague via the picturesque town of Ceskey Krumlov. If possible Rob, Beth, Bill and Mary will send me pictures and stories to post.
Julie and I would like to thank the Gilbert's and Knoelke's for a fantastic trip. They were great company and touring partners the entire week. Sharing the experience with them made it very special.
As far as our day was concerned, we had a lovely 2 hour drive to Ceskey Krumlov and then a 3 hour drive into Prague. We went from bucolic countryside to a pretty big city. The pictures are not of the city, but of the medieval town.
